Circa 1900 and in the Arts and Crafts fashion, a pretty and decorative antique 9ct Gold and Opal openwork pendant worn on a 9ct Gold trace chain measuring 18 inches. Typical of the period with a light and subtle design showing Fleur de Lys type motifs around a central Oval Crystal Opal cabochon, all fashioned by hand, likely in one of the proliferation of jewellery workshops in Birmingham or Chester. A unique gift to pass on.
The design measures one inch top to base.
