All original, an antique Victorian MIZPAH ring such as would have been a fond gift between family, friends or sweethearts.
The MIZPAH blesses the emotional bond between two souls on parting. MIZPAH is Hebrew for Watchtower and is mentioned in Genesis; 'The Lord watch between me and thee, when we are absent one from another.'
The tapered band of 15ct Gold (used solely in Britain between 1854-1932) is blazoned across the front panel in a raised square style font between ribbed edges and would make an unusual wedding band or gift. The ring size is an 'L' or '5.75' but we can adjust to fit, just add the details to your order form.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
