Date 1881 Coral and Rose Cut Diamond 15ct Gold Ring

Item #07904

A striking antique Victorian Coral and Diamond 15ct Gold ring, the design influenced by the fashion for Etruscan Revival jewels. The unusual design features a diagonal split, with three gently pink angel skin Coral cabochons set each side and finished with a dainty rose cut Diamond. Tiny stars sparkle the shoulders with teeny rose cut Diamonds and all has a remarkable historic aura.

Made in 1881 in the renowned jewellery quarter of Birmingham by T Willis & Co, and hallmarked in Chester, 15ct Gold was used exclusively in Britain between 1854-1932. In very good condition, the size is a 'P' or '7.5', and could be easily adjusted.
