A pretty little treat, this vintage Ruby and Diamond flower ring has a charm which continues to romance down the years and make her a lovely choice for an anniversary or engagement ring. The bright and effervescent gems are mounted neatly in Platinum (all very smooth and easy to wear) with further ornamentation which carries down the shoulders to meet the yellow Gold band. The Diamonds are 'eight-cut' with sharp highly reflective facets for maximum brilliance, and the Ruby is a luscious deep shade of raspberry.
Fully hallmarked as 18ct Gold at the Birmingham Assay Office in 1964, this is an unusual occurrence as gem set jewels were exempt from hallmarking at that time in the UK. The ring size is an 'N' or '6.75' as is but could easily be altered to suit her new owner.
