A fine antique Edwardian era chain, which as it finishes with two swivel style clasps, we assume was once worn as a fancy watch chain. Measuring at 15 inches closed, it is perfect for a smaller neck and could be worn with a pendant or locket from one of the clasps. The chain link is a very lovely one featuring alternate sections of rope and twisted thick wire and the metal tests as 15ct Gold which was a standard in Britain between 1854-1932, however the swivels differ; one is 15ct Gold and one 9ct Gold (which we assume was added at a later date).
