A versatile statement piece, this original Victorian Sterling Silver double chain link collar was crafted in England around the 1880's, and celebrates historic jewels which were in vogue at the time. A slinky feel with decorative silver orbs along both edges, and double links in the belcher style it sports a special hanging link at the front, allowing you to attach a pendant or locket, or you could reverse the necklace and hang an item from the feature clasp. Although commonplace in the Victorian era, not so many of these impressive heritage pieces have survived and so certain to be a talking point, and with the with the addition of a locket or pendant even more so. The collar is 44cm long and 1.4cm wide.
