Circa 1830's, an exquisite early Victorian cross pendant resplendent with gorgeous quality variegated natural Turquoise cabochons and the bright sparks of teeny, tiny Rose-cut Diamonds. Mounted on a scalloped gallery of 18ct yellow Gold, it has the most touching historic air and would look well worn on a long chain as a nod to the fashion of the time. As a display of devotion and protection, the cross holds an important place amongst antique jewels and Turquoise being a gem of most ancient pedigree, this arrangement is very fitting. Entirely hand crafted , with even the gallery pierced by hand, it is the work of a skilled artisan and deserves a special and appreciative new home.
