An unusual vintage Soviet era Art Deco styled pendant set with a lilac tinged blue Synthetic Spinel gem mounted in two colours of 14ct Gold; rose and yellow forming the beautifully harmonious and yet contrasting shapes. This imaginative vintage jewel would have been the most exciting and fashionable vibe at the time capturing a mood of experimentation which could be seen in both architecture and the arts as such.
Stones: Synthetic Spinel.
Metal: two colours of 14ct Gold; Rose and Yellow. 583 standard. Weighs 3.65 grams.
Measurements: The pendant itself measures 22.86mm by 18.68mm. The 18ct Gilded Silver chain measures 18 inches.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
