Payment & Delivery
Payment is made securely through Shopify with a credit or debit card. Payment can also be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Our telephone number is 01273 326618.
Once payment has been received, we can then arrange delivery of your purchase. With your purchase we will enclose a receipt and valuation/detailed description of the item.
Delivery: In the UK every item you buy from us is posted using insured ‘Special Delivery’ which during the week is guaranteed next day (after posting) delivery. You will be notified of the tracking number and the anticipated day of arrival. If you require 'Emergency Delivery!!' please contact us for a price.
International Delivery: Outside of the United Kingdom delivery usually costs £12.50. For lower value items we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, but please check with us for latest delivery options as we often upgrade to FedEx courier for free. On International orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs related to delivery and customs that might incur, but be assured that we will do our very best to avoid these. We are very aware of worries regarding potential complications when shipping to or through Europe post Brexit, and are upgrading most orders to FedEx Courier 1-3 day shipping in order to speed up the process.
Giftwrap: All items come with a presentation box and items over £500 come with an insurance valuation. In the rare instance that the original box is available with an item, this will be included with the piece. We also offer a free gift-wrapping service. Please let us know on the payment page if you wish to take advantage of this service.
Please note, all items are available in our physical bricks and mortar shop.
Should it arise that an item has been sold in the store as well as online, the online sale will be cancelled and any monies paid, immediately refunded.
