A cute little antique Arts & Crafts styled gypsy style ring dating to 1900 and decorated with Ferns (for sincerity) carved into the band and miniature gems. A light and lovely prettiness on the hand, she'd make a most special gift for a birthday or anniversary.
We noticed that the setting to the Sapphire has been reinforced at some time to the rubover edging which it now has. This is an improvement as far as durability goes and part of herstory.
Stones: Sapphire and miniature wild Sea Pearls
Metal: 9ct yellow Gold assayed at the Birmingham Office in 1900.
Ring Size: M or 6 as is but suitable to alter for fit. This is a free service, just leave a message on your order form.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
