This fab vintage Wedgewood ring holds a plaque of Terpsichore finely modelled in Wedgewood Blue and white Stoneware and mounted in golden 9ct yellow Gold.
In the Neoclassical taste, this piece makes a really distinctive statement and would be an original gift for the dancer or musician as she is considered to be associated with the Lyre and with the performing Arts.
Wiki: In Greek mythology, Terpsichore (/tərpˈsɪkəriː/; Ancient Greek: Τερψιχόρη, "delight in dancing") is one of the nine Muses and goddess of dance and chorus. She lends her name to the word "terpsichorean", which means "of or relating to dance".
With an English workshop stamp for '9ct GOLD' inside the band, she is a ring size 'G and a half' or '3.5' as is we are able to alter upwards in size to suit.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
