A scarce find in 'as new' condition and dating back 163 years... we do wonder who has recognised her specialness and kept her safe these lifetimes? This charming Victorian buckle band has a symbolism most poignant, meaning fidelity or loyalty and so would have had an enhanced meaning for her original owner. A very singular choice for a gift, it would be so wonderful to find her such a home again!
Hand crafted in 18ct yellow Gold with beautiful Fern inspired hand engraving all around (signifying sincerity) and set with three Turquoises, themselves signifying 'Forget-me-not'; all is Victorian romantica...
Inside is the maker's mark for Thomas Dones alongside the full 18ct Gold hallmark applied at the Birmingham Office in 1861.
The ring size is a 'K' or '5.25' and can't be altered due to the design.
