This super vintage fob medal was crafted in 1922, is fully hallmarked for Birmingham and showing the makers mark of 'T.F.' which research reveals as Thomas Fattorini (1864 - 1934). A charming design, it features a central rose Gold shield garlanded with two Myrtle branches, surrounded by an ornate, scrolled design. To make it a very special gift we could get the shield hand engraved for you and this is included in the price.
The Fattorini factory was well known for the prolific manufacturer of football club fobs, badges, sporting trophies and medals is still produces them today. We have not over cleaned it, to enhance the patina that has developed over the last 90 odd years. The fob is 3 x 2.5cm excluding the hanging loop.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
