An unusual and striking vintage 1950's Art Deco inspired dress ring crafted in 9ct White Gold with the classic stepped shoulders which are a distinctive feature of the style. Nicely shaped to fit the finger, the lush regal purple of the Amethyst like a Spangle (if you can remember these sweets?), all quite gorgeous.
Both classic and sympathetic to the eye.
Stones: Amethyst which measures 12.5mm by 9.7mm and we estimate the stone weight at around 6.5 carats.
Metal: 9ct White Gold which is marked with a workshop stamp '9ct' to the inner band. It weighs 4.1 grams.
Ring Size: J and a half or 5 as is but we are able to alter by a few sizes to suit
