Circa 1970's and styled somewhat after an Etruscan Revival mood, this vintage Pyrope Garnet pendant is set simply in 9ct yellow Gold with a twisted rope edging which recalls historic jewellery making techniques nicely. The smooth and glossy ovalled gem holds a warm glow which is quite lovely...
Stones: cabochon cut Garnet
Metal: 9ct yellow Gold. Marked to the bolt ring fastener.
Measurements: the chain measures 18 inches and closes with a simple bolt ring fastener. The pendant measures 17.5mm lengthwise.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
