A lush pair of antique 9ct yellow Gold Diamond drop earrings which have been brought up to date in our workshop with new fittings to make them suitable for today....
Likely dating to the latter Victorian era and set in a hand carved star in the 'gypsy' style, these glittersome old hand cut Diamonds were plundered from some older jewel when these earrings were made as they date in cutting style to an earlier period.
Every aspect recycled and as such an ethically sound purchase, these are a fabulous and striking choice to wear as your 'go-to' earrings. They have a gorgeous romance about them!
Stones: natural hand cut Diamonds. Measured in the setting as 0.16ct each.
Metal: 9ct yellow Gold (tested but unmarked).
Measurements: 2.7mm from the top of the ear wires. We've replaced the original screw fittings with modern recycled Gold clip back fittings which we feel compliment the drops immensely.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
