An exquisite find: circa 1870's, a symphony of gold lacework and tracery in an elegant floral shape studded with hand-cut Diamonds, this antique pendant captures feminine beauty itself, and the darling little dangle which trembles beneath adds the prettiest animation!
With a warming patina to the gold, which accentuates the whorls and curlicues of the superb coiled wire work, this would have been made by a wondrously skilled jeweller as the workmanship is so incredibly detailed and fine. Each facet of its making is intricately mastered and the star-like touch to the design makes a naturalistic beauty just heavenly!

Stones: hand faceted natural Diamonds
Metal: 15ct yellow Gold which was a standard used solely in Britain between the years of 1854-1932 (marked with a '15CT' plaque to the reverse). Weighs 4.87 grams.
Measurements: a touch over one inch excluding the bale
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
