With an enchanting Gothic mood, this antique Diamond engagement ring captures a moment in design history when inspiration was seen in mediaevalism. The ancient rosette symbol can be seen to represent the circle of life and growth; centring around a proud antique hand faceted natural Diamond (this older than the ring, and so recycled) is subtly glinty rather than boldly sparkly as modern Diamonds are. A nostalgic heart will appreciate the charms this holds...
Hand crafted, with simple harmony to the design; the rich 18ct yellow Gold gleams beautifully and has the smoothest, silkiest feeling against the skin. Quite special and obvs 100% recycled and ethically clean and so a very positive choice.
Stones: antique hand cut natural Diamond measured at around 0.18ct judged in the setting.
Metal: solid 18ct yellow Gold hallmarked at the London Assay Office in 1881. Weighs 4.7 grams.
Ring Size: S or 9 as is but suitable to alter for fit. This is a free service, just leave a message on your order form.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
