An antique signet style ring as worn circa 1880's and a harmonious arrangement in mellow 9ct yellow Gold (unmarked as this was not required at the time) and with elaborate scrolled hand engraved detailing to each tapered shoulder aside of the squared central panel which holds a beautifully crisply star set hand cut old mine Diamond.
The Diamond was faceted by hand and with delightful charm, it glimmers with a natural wonder as it has been cut in keeping with the original crystalline shaping. So interesting!... and a Diamond such as this is an entirely ethical alternative to the modern 'Lab Diamond'.
We have had the stone unset to assess and it weighs 0.33ct. The ring size is an 'R' or '8.5' as is but we're able to alter somewhat to suit.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
