A beautifully balanced design, this vintage 1950's era Art Deco Diamond engagement ring remains in perfect, almost unworn condition for all her years. Hand crafted in fine Platinum and 18ct yellow Gold to show off a fizzily sparkled brilliant-cut Diamond (which we measure at 0.40ct). Nicely measured; the shoulders are stepped and hand engraved, the whole very pleasing to the eye.
100% ethically sound and entirely original to choose a vintage engagement ring.
Ring size: it is a size L or 5.5 and we’re able to alter to suit. She will sit neatly next to a wedding band.
Metal: 18ct yellow gold to the band and platinum to the setting of the stone (marked 18CT PLAT inside the band)
Stone: a brilliant-cut natural Diamond measuring 0.40ct which has been judged in the setting with a Schindler gauge. Under the 10x lens it shows a natural inclusion to the edge which is placed by one of the claws. This would have formed a billion or so years ago and does not despoil her glittery personality.
Boxes are for display only, but will will present in a lovely quality vintage style reproduction box.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
