A dramatic and glamorous vintage Continental cocktail or dress ring dating to the 1960's/70's or so and very unusual, capturing a late Art Deco into Modernist take on fashion she would have been a most desired jewel in her day.
Entirely hand crafted by an artisan jeweller, the whole is a considered and dynamic mini sculpture with contrasting curves and angles creating an exciting feel! A statement piece which carries a most inspiring and powerful verve...
In crisp and well preserved condition, we believe that she has an Italian heritage and would very much be at home on a yacht cruising the Med. You'll never see another the same!
Stones: Cultured Saltwater Pearl and two natural Diamonds which are brilliant cut and measure at 0.16ct each judged in the setting with a Schindler Gauge.
Metal: 14ct Gold and Platinum (marked '585' to the inner band indicating a Continental origin, likely Italian. Weighs 5.27 grams.
Ring Size: L or 5.75 as is but suitable to alter for fit by a size or two. This is a free service, just leave a message on your order form.
Measurements: 16mm across the face.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
