Circa 1930's/40's, a vintage trilogy Diamond engagement ring with an immensely sparkly personality!! A lovely choice for reasons both ethical and of individuality, the design is a classic one and sturdily made in a most fashionable white metal: Platinum. The old hand cut Diamonds are very beautiful and captivatingly glittery; beautifully white and clean; held in decoratively scalloped coronet style collets which are easy to wear and sturdy. The scintillation from these old Diamonds is pretty special! They have larger facets than a modern brilliant, giving a flashy impact whilst still having the individuality of the hand made.
The trilogy engagement ring is associated with a romantic meaning of the three ages of Love; past, present and future.

Stones: Natural hand cut Diamonds measured at 0.16: 0.25: 0.16 judged in the setting with a Schindler gauge. A combined weight of around half a carat, all judged in the setting with a Schindler gauge.
Metal: Platinum, tested but unmarked. Weighs 3.14 grams.
Ring Size: 'K' or '5.25' as is but easy to alter to suit
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
