All Original Vintage Art Deco Diamond Engagement Ring

In the late Art Deco Moderne style which was popular in the 1950's, a superb and striking Diamond cluster ring which would make a unique and comment-worthy vintage engagement ring. 

Of British origin, All hand crafted in 18ct white Gold and Platinum and 18ct to an angular model with detail and ornamentation to every surface, the beautifully glittery hand cut Diamonds highlighting the shapes which are beautifully balanced and elevated with an architectural interest which is particular to rings of this period; never two the same as all were hand crafted with intricate skill to the imagination of the artisan jeweller. With pleasing proportions from every view; a design both complete and romantic there are tiny personal touches in the hand engraving to the sides and shoulders. Sublime!

Nicely white and very sparkly throughout, the Diamonds are of older cuts (dating back to the 19th century) so would have been recycled at the time of making; the shoulder stones even older rose cuts! All aspects which add interest and intrigue...

Buying vintage is the best choice for ethical reasons and has the added benefit of originality and that special allure which all hand crafted art has.  

Stones: Natural hand cut Diamonds. Judged at around 0.55ct measured in the setting using a Schindler Gauge. 

Metal: 18ct white Gold to the band and Platinum to the setting (marked 18CT PLAT)

Ring Size: R and a half or 8.75 as is but can easily be altered to suit
