This sumptuous antique pocket watch key dates from the early 19th Century and would in a previous life have been attached to the pocket watch chain of a Georgian gentleman. The key has a steel core for strength, and is encased in 9ct Gold. On one face there is a beautiful Almandine Garnet coloured glass crystal, and on the other a russet hued Carnelian, which could be engraved with the new owner's initials if desired. All is set in finely sculpted Rococo leaves and swirls. It would make an unusual gift, and could be attached to a charm bracelet, or hung on a chain as a pendant. It measures 3.9cm in length, and is 1.3cm across the widest point, and has a good sized loop to attach the key to a chain. Please inspect the photographs closely as there is wear to the gold casing which is worn on stress points.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift. You can download our handy ring sizing guide here, but don't hesitate to contact us if you need further help with this. If visiting us size adjustments can usually be done in around an hour-ish.
