In the Victorian Renaissance Revival style circa 1860's and likely crafted on the Continent as it is in fine 18ct yellow Gold. Inspired by Medieval jewels which often contained lockets or were created around receptacles for holding important talismans, this jewel is hinged and opens to allow the glassed section contain your treasure. The oval frame is finely hand engraved to each side and enamelled to the front around tiny wild seed Pearls. The chunky Gold jump ring is a later addition as it is of 9ct Gold with a British stamp and is a slightly different colour. This can be swapped for an 18ct Gold version if preferred. Measures just over 2cm excluding the ring.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
