An unusual and strikingly impressive hand crafted antique Silver and Moonstone pendant in the Arts and Crafts style and dating to around 1900. With a distinctive imagination, we believe the artisan jeweller who made this gorgeous antique pendant was influenced by the work of Sybil Dunlop as it shows several commonalties with known pieces of hers.
A heavenly vision; articulated above each drop and giving a wonderful movement when worn, each element of this gorgeous piece was worked by hand (including the cutting of the beautifully glowing adularescent Blue Moonstones) and as such shows quirky and natural variation to the shaping and balance.
The rounded belcher style chain is of Silver and has four 'lover's knot' sections.

Stones: cabochon blue Moonstones.
Metal: Silver, tested but unmarked.
Measurements: the pendant measures two inches across and two inches deep. The chain measures 20 inches in length.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
