A fragment of historic beauty... our hearts genuinely beat faster when our eyes laid upon her. A very special jewel to carry an inspiring enchantment down the generations she was crafted by master artisans with the greatest sensitivity and care so that every tiny aspect is perfection.
Hand carved (likely in Italy where there is a great and ancient tradition of this kind of work) in a layered Sardonyx cut thin enough to see her delightful profile when held to the light, our goddess is carved in a Romanesque fashion complete with jewels including the ancient comb earrings seen in frescos.... you can imagine how we squealed!!
Mounted in 18ct yellow Gold and framed by twenty-three scarce and very lustrous creamy Natural Sea Pearls, she fastens with a traditional 'C' clasp. Please note a tiny loss to her comb style earrings which we imagine must have been original. The whole measures 22mm across and the cameo 15mm across.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
