An original beauty dating to the latter Victorian era, in the Archaeological Revival style and resplendent with intricate Gold work and gems. All in 15ct yellow Gold; the band design is immensely wearable. The artistry inspired by that of the historical finds of ancient jewels found in recent archaeological digs which had been exhibited around Europe.
Of especially nice quality and entirely handmade, all is in lovely condition for its age; the six antique rose-cut Diamonds (which would have been recycled in the making of this ring) add a gentle glimmer around two fine best quality Turquoise cabochons.
A subtle signifier of your interests, this antique ring is a one-off find which waits to be re-discovered anew!
Stones: natural Turquoise and Diamonds
Metal: 15ct yellow Gold with a full Chester hallmark (the date obscured). 15ct Gold was a standard used between the years of 1854-1932 for better quality jewellery. We believe it was made by John Mantle of Warstone Lane in Birmingham.
Ring Size: the ring size is an 'O' or '7' but could be altered to suit.
