A beautiful romance, this antique Pyrope Garnet and Diamond cluster pendant is a gorgeous find! Dating to the early years of the 20th century, there are fourteen magically twinklesome olden Rose-cut Diamonds framing the pinky toned Garnet which itself is wonderfully lively with a warming fiery glow as the light touches the back facets of the gemstone. All mounted in 9ct yellow Gold the pretty gallery adds to the impression of a flower in full bloom; this necklace would make a most touching gift and can be presented in a lovely velvet lined presentation case.
The 9ct yellow Gold oval faceted belcher chain measures 20 inches but could easily be shortened if preferred. The pendant measures 12mm across. The Diamond weight we estimate at around 0.40ct.
