Rare Georgian Blue Lace Agate Girandole Necklet

Of 18ct yellow Gold with delightful naturalistic openwork floriate decoration; one particularly interesting detail which is not commonly seen is the saw tooth setting to the fabulously banded Blue Lace Agates. Delicately coloured with fine natural banding, they could originally be detached for wear as earrings and the single central drop worn alone. 

This would be the loveliest piece for a vintage wedding, or miraculously surviving two centuries to keep in your family to pass down the generations. We present on a shaded dip dye pure silk ribbon as she would have been back in the 18th century but it could be worn on a chain equally well.

It measures just over 4cm across and hangs to 6cm.
