An exceptionally beautiful vintage Diamond engagement ring dating to the 1950's or so and a very special find. Carefully crafted in high quality materials to express the glittery splendour of the modest but superior natural Diamond. Held aloft in a Platinum coronet with hand engraved sloping shoulders, all is harmoniously balanced and a joy from every view, as well as being a positive ethical choice as all is reused... altho' we will say we can find no signs of wear.
Stone: 0.25ct brilliant-cut Diamond. The Diamond is nicely clean but does have a natural carbon inclusion towards the edge (formed over a billion years ago) which is visible but does not despoil her adorable beauty.
Ring Size: N or 6.5 as is but easy to alter to fit
Metals: 18ct yellow Gold to the band and Platinum to the setting. Both are marked inside the band '18CT PLAT'.
In most case the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
