Such fun, these vintage lucky Carp earrings are perfectly lovely! Crafted with great precision and care, likely in China for the export market (in China, the carp represents good fortune and prosperity... so wear them for double good luck) they are of 14ct yellow Gold with 9ct Gold stud fittings. The scales are etched by hand and pinned together to allow the beautiful sinuous movement which makes them so endearing and charmingly amusing.
The fishies measure 5cm in themselves, and 6.5cm from the top of the earstuds. Marked '14K'. Weighs 10 grams.
