A very special and unique vintage Diamond 3/4 eternity ring fully set incredible antique 18th century hand cut Diamonds which were salvaged from some much older jewel and recycled in the making of this gorgeous ring. Such is the story of many older Diamonds, that their past is shrouded in mystery and there may have been many incarnations over the centuries. Intriguing!
Beautifully white and sparklescent, each of these eleven natural Diamonds is cut to the 'modern brilliant-cut' recipe
The ring itself likely dates to the 1940's or 50's and is entirely hand crafted (one can even see the saw marks to the settings) with a beautifully delicate scalloped edging to the sideview; it's these intimate touches which we delight in!
Stones: Natural Diamonds. We have estimated the Diamond weight on the side of caution. They measure at 1.75ct combined, with the centre stone at 0.35ct.
Metal: 18ct yellow Gold and Platinum to the setting. Marked inside the band '18CT' 'PLAT', a workshop stamp.
Ring Size: The ring size is an 'N and a half' or '6.75' and can be altered a little to suit. It measures 5mm at widest.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
