Marvellously Special Antique Five Stone Diamond Ring

Such an incredibly sparkly display, these five old hand cut Diamonds date from centuries past. Unique, like trembling drops of water, the tiniest space between each cushion shaped stone, graduated in size to the edges of the finger, the combined weight we have measured at around 1.80ct judged using a Schindler gauge. 

The beauty of the light which is refracted from the hand cut facets is magical, just imagine how these would originally have twinkled in candlelight back when they were first cut! Circa 1800, each of the stones was cut from a single Diamond crystal in sympathy with the original earth borne beauty, plump in profile and oh, so captivating! The romantic drama of nature! A wonderful and original choice as an engagement or anniversary ring, you'll never see another the same. 

The finely hand carved setting shows the inspiration of nature and this rests upon the tapered 18ct yellow Gold band. The ring size is a 'R' or '8.5' but this could be altered to suit within reason, but this is a ring which will suit a wider finger.

We judge the stones in their setting at 0.25; 0.30; 0.70; 0.30; 0.25.
