Dedicated to the reverse of the locket for 'N. Billin 1829', this smallest of rings can only have once belonged to a grieving widow or daughter and has been worn and loved. Charged with emotion and protected for almost two hundred years and over several lifetimes, we've been unable to find any further details on such slender information. This is the mystery these small treasures carry.
Entirely hand crafted in the highly decorative Rococo style which we can date to this period, ornamented with floral molding and hand engraved beauty, it is a perfectly complete creation. We've had the crystal repolished by our lapidarist and as such this antique lovely is ready to be loved again.
Stones: Rock Crystal Aperture.
Metal: 18ct yellow Gold unmarked but tested.
Ring Size: The ring size measures as a 'J' or '4.75' and we can't alter this.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift. You can download our handy ring sizing guide here, but don't hesitate to contact us if you need further help with this. If visiting us size adjustments can usually be done in around an hour-ish.
