Petite and pretty, reflecting that distinctive Art Deco style, the geometry contrasting curves against straight lines, a vintage Diamond solitaire engagement ring. A fully considered arrangement with interest and pleasing views from each angle, this finger ring is a hand crafted piece which was made by an inspired artisan around 1930's/40's and looks as good today as when she was made. The central gem is an old hand cut (in the Transitional style) Diamond with large matched facets and the distinctive culet charmingly a wee bit off centre! She measures at 0.35ct and is as clean and brilliant as you could hope for... the rolled shoulders showing two old Rose cut Diamonds across the arch. The mounting all of fine Platinum leading to an 18ct yellow Gold band, she sits neatly next to a wedding band.
The ring size could easily be altered and measures a 'Q' or '8.25' as is.
