A most gorgeous vintage Bloodstone seal style signet ring dating to 1938 with a full hallmark for 9ct Gold which was applied at the Birmingham Assay Office; there is also a mark inside the band for Payton and Pepper Ltd of Vyse Street in Birmingham's famous jewellery quarter.
With a super 'heritage' feel and a sumptuous smoothness on the finger, it feels familiar and as has a lovely chunky build with a slightly different edging around the nicely speckled Bloodstone plaque.
A ring size 'M' or '6.25' as is, we can easily alter by a size or two to suit if you leave a note on your order form. Please note the smallest nick to the edge of the Bloodstone which is barely noticeable and doesn't despoil at all. It weighs 4.92 grams.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
