A scarce fully hallmarked antique Emerald and Diamond rosette cluster engagement ring, beautifully nostalgic and a profoundly ethical choice for the vintage fiancée! Finds such as this bring joy and romance to the heart, and we love her so....
The centrepiece is a deeply verdant Emerald, and clustered around her to each 'petal' are ten old hand cut Diamonds; each slightly different (adding charm and interest), with two slightly larger Diamonds to the shoulders; all in nicely sturdy 18ct yellow Gold.
Its quite rare to find a gemset piece from this period with a full date, as it wasn't yet required by law, however she dates to 1904 and remains quietly awaiting a new journey.
Stones: natural Emerald and Diamond.
Metal: 18ct yellow Gold marked with a full hallmark applied at the Birmingham Assay Office in 1904.
Ring Size: M and a half or 6.5 as is but suitable to alter for fit. This is a free service, just leave a message on your order form.
Measurements: the cluster measures 8.38mm across.
In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
