Fabulous Vintage Filigree Diamond Engagement Ring

We are very honoured to present this gorgeous vintage filigree Art Deco Diamond engagement ring! Hand crafted to display a most wonderful and glittery antique hand cut Diamond weighing 0.64ct (we have had her unset to assess). A harmony of streamlined ornamentation in the glamorous Art Deco taste, circa 1920's with miniature floral accents which continue down the tapered band, all exquisitely shaped to compliment. The antique Diamond itself was faceted in the 'Old European' way which was the highest technical achievement in her day; adding well matched facets for an extra sparkly impact (read our BLOG article). It is uncertificated but nicely white and clean as you can see in our magnified images. 

Choosing a recycled vintage engagement ring is a very special decision. A positive for the circular economy as well as being entirely original and unique. Easy to wear as all is smooth and neatly set, it is likely of US origin as this kind of filigree work was a specialism across the pond. It is marked inside the band with an '18k' stamp which also leads us to this conclusion. The ring size is a tiny 'H and a half' or '4' as is but easy to alter the size somewhat to suit her new owner.
