Sweetly delicate, this vintage Diamond engagement ring dates to the 1930's or so and is in a style which was newly popular at the time, the crown style of mount bought to fame by Tiffany. This slender example was hand crafted in Platinum and showcases an antique hand cut Diamond faceted in the Old European way and is very glittery due to the larger and more perfectly matched facets which are a characteristic of this cut. Wonderfully white and clean it has a special and unique scintillation.
Exquisitely fine and delicately beautiful, the shoulders ornamented with further miniature hand cut Diamonds; every aspect carefully considered and balanced to create a charmingly radiant whole.
Stones: antique hand cut natural Diamond measured at 0.40ct judged in the setting with a Schindler Gauge
Metal: Platinum (workshop stamp inside the band)
Ring Size: L or 5.75 as is but possible to alter to suit for free. The band is slim as is but we will strengthen when undertaking the size adjustment
In most case the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
