A sweet heart antique Ruby and Diamond pendant in the Art Nouveau style and likely originating on the Continent. An enchanting design which is entirely hand crafted down to the hand cutting of the gems themselves, all the prettiest of touches to highlight the arrangement inspired by a naturalesque aesthetic.
Circa 1910 and in the refined way which jewellers aspired to, the natural Ruby is pinky in tone resembling the Rubies found in Burma; the olden Diamonds have been recycled from an earlier time and all a minute joy! In 18ct Gold and Platinum, it is a special find to treasure and wear as a beautiful expression of artistry.
Measures one inch and hangs from a fine new 9ct yellow Gold trace chain measuring 18 inches.
