A most unusually beautiful antique Sapphire engagement ring, in great condition and ready to bring joy and happiness to the heart of one special person!
The five natural Sapphires were cut by hand, most likely in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) as they have that particularly bright but light sparkle which the mines there are known for. Nicely tapered as they are set across the finger; a stunning display and simply set in a belcher style mount of 18ct yellow Gold; all hand crafted, unique and 100% an ethical choice.
This ring is difficult to date, but we would say this design was particularly popular around the turn of the past century.
Stones: Sapphires which have been tested as natural but not assessed for treatment. Judged at 1.60ct combined.
Metal: 18ct yellow Gold, tested but unmarked.
Ring Size: Q or 8 as is but suitable for alteration. Simply leave a message on your order form.
Most of our rings can be adjusted to fit for free, this can be done on purchase by making a note in the order form if you know the size, or at a later date if it is a gift.
