Sublime Quality 1930's Platinum Diamond Trilogy Engagement Ring

A splendidly lovely sparkly display on the hand, this very pretty vintage Diamond trilogy engagement ring would have been one of the most fashionable choices in her day.

Skilfully fashioned in finest Platinum which was a new material for jewellers to work with and was very de rigeur, the whole has a clean and refined appearance; with hand crafted coronet collets of Platinum, under the loupe one can see that the three white glitterbombs are each hand cut making for historical interest and charm.

The style first became popular in the 1920's and is said to have a romantic meaning relating to the three ages of Love; past, present and future.

Stones: natural hand cut Diamonds. Measured in the setting with a Schindler gauge at around one carat (0.25: 0.50: 0.25ct). They are of exceptionally lovely quality and tho' uncertificated of pure white and very clean. 

Metal: Platinum (stamped inside the band 'PLATINUM'.
